ME/CFS is a severe neuroimmunological multisystem disease that, according to estimates in Austria, affects between 26,000 and 80,000 predominantly young people and often occurs after viral infections.

Severely affected individuals often lie in darkened rooms due to their sensitivity to light and noise and require around-the-clock care. They suffer primarily from extreme intolerance to exertion, which turns even small activities like brushing teeth into torture.

Currently, there are no recognized therapies or cures. Therefore, we advocate for recognition, education, and research, and with your donation, we aim to be a beacon of hope in the shadowy realm of the disease.
